Yes — completely. Once you download a model over Wi-Fi, the app never needs an internet connection again. All AI processing runs on your iPhone's chip, not a remote server. Works on planes, underground, in hospitals, anywhere.
There is no server to send your data to. All inference happens on-device using your iPhone's processor and memory. Your conversations are stored only in your phone's private app storage. We have no way to read them — not because of a policy, but because there is nowhere for the data to go.
Any iPhone 12 or newer. Older iPhones run our lighter models (Qwen 0.6B) at perfectly usable speeds (~45 tok/s). Newer Pro models handle our larger, more capable models. You do not need the latest hardware.
