Pocket AI is designed from the ground up to collect zero user data. We do not collect, store, process, or share any personal information, usage data, or conversation content.

2. On-Device Processing

All AI inference is performed locally on your device using your iPhone's processor and memory. Your prompts and the AI's responses are generated and stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server.

3. What Stays on Your Device

• All conversation history
• Your system prompt and settings
• Downloaded AI model files
• All generated responses

4. Third-Party Services

Pocket AI does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app does not make any network requests except to download AI model files directly from their respective providers (e.g., HuggingFace) when you explicitly initiate a download.

5. App Store & Apple

When you download Pocket AI from the App Store, Apple's standard App Store privacy practices apply. We have no visibility into or control over that data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone. Since all data is stored locally, deletion is immediate and complete. We have no backup copies because we never received any data.

7. Children's Privacy

Pocket AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from any users, including children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
