TL;DR — Pocket AI keeps your prompts, responses, conversations, and custom instructions on your iPhone. AI processing happens locally. We use Firebase Analytics for app usage metrics and RevenueCat for Pro purchases and entitlements.

1. Conversation Data

Pocket AI does not collect, store, process, or share your conversation content, prompts, generated responses, attachments, or custom instructions. The app may collect product usage and entitlement events through the third-party services described below.

2. On-Device Processing

AI inference is performed locally on your device using your iPhone's processor and memory. Your prompts and the AI's responses are generated and stored on your device, and are not transmitted to an external AI server for processing.

3. What Stays on Your Device

  • All conversation history
  • Your system prompt and custom instructions
  • Downloaded AI model files
  • All generated responses

4. Third-Party Services

Pocket AI integrates Firebase Analytics for app usage metrics and RevenueCat for Pro purchases, purchase restoration, and entitlement checks. The app may also make network requests to download AI model files from their respective providers when you initiate a download. Pocket AI does not use advertising SDKs, and does not send your prompts or responses to these services for AI processing.

5. App Store & Apple

When you download Pocket AI from the App Store, Apple's standard App Store privacy practices apply. We have no visibility into or control over that data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete local app data at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone. This removes local conversations, settings, and downloaded models. Analytics, purchase, and App Store records may remain with Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple according to their own policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Pocket AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect conversation content from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
