Pocket AI is open-source software. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. The source code is available on GitHub under its respective license.

You agree not to use Pocket AI to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app's security features
  • Circumvent any usage restrictions or safety measures in the app

4. AI Model Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. All AI models run locally on your device and their outputs are not reviewed or endorsed by us.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pocket AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Pocket AI, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Models

AI models available in Pocket AI (Qwen, Llama, Gemma, etc.) are owned by their respective creators and are subject to their own licenses. By using these models you agree to their respective license terms.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
